Meet Our Executive Team

Bill Boyle

Co-President & Chief Sales Officer

With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including 7 years with IBM, Bill has delivered transformational change to Fortune 500 companies through the architecture and deployment of data systems and networks. He currently oversees the sales team at Dynamix and works closely with the leadership team. Bill holds numerous certifications from CISCO and IBM, as well as an MBA from Georgia State University.

Dean Jamison

Co-President & Chief Technology Officer

Dean has over 21 years of experience architecting technology solutions while driving real business value. He began his career as a data processing operations manager for a large logistics company. He has since helped countless Fortune 500 companies drive technological efficiency. As Chief Technology Officer, Dean works closely with the executive leadership team driving technology innovation and adoption in the Company’s product mix.

Scott McKelvey

Co-president & Chief Operating Officer

Scott holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from Oglethorpe University and earned a CPA while a public accountant at Deloitte & Touche. He spent 9 years in financial reporting and accounting departments of several companies before joining Dynamix Group in 2003 as the Controller. Scott is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations for the Company as Chief Operations Officer while working closely with the executive leadership team to ensure continued growth and success.

Our Founders

To ensure continued success, Dynamix has undergone a leadership transformation. Our founders, Chuck and Dave, have stepped back from day-to-day operations. They will serve as a guiding presence to support the new leadership team in accelerating growth.

Chuck Hawkins

Co-Chairman & CEO
Chuck holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Vanderbilt University. He spent 18 years at IBM in sales and executive sales management before co-founding Dynamix Group in 1995. Chuck works with the executive leadership team at Dynamix driving sales and growth strategies, forging strategic supplier relationships and promoting the Company’s culture.

Dave DeLong

Co-Chairman & CFO
Dave holds a B.I.E. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He spent 17 years at IBM in sales, sales management and financial management before co-founding Dynamix Group in 1995. Dave works with the executive leadership team at Dynamix focusing on finance and operations.

We began serving customers when IBM introduced its channel partner program. Our founders, Chuck Hawkins and Dave DeLong, solved business problems through technological innovation.


Our business model adapted to a datacenter transformation around virtualization.


We offered a more diverse and comprehensive product offering and began partnering with customers on integration.

2022 and beyond
